WoFSkinAlways a Work in Progress. This is where I will learn ... I hope ... heehee
GuestbookHappy New Year 3![]() GuestbookSet Me On Fire by the FeedersYou may have to play this ... walk away, then come back and hit replay. I did ... and I have Cable. But ... it's well worth it ... :D GuestbookQuestion ... "Black Mystery"Ok ... I have a strange question ... well ... actually ... more than one.The first skin I made, "Black Mystery" ... I need to make a "picture of it" and then have a url for it. That's what it says in the edit info area. I want to add it to the sharing, but I have to do that first ... I guess. Then ... there is the category ... I'll put it up here again ... and maybe y'all can help me figure that one out, cause it could fall in more than one category ... GuestbookFrom Evilnstuff's Magic Man to ... ?I hate to change such a beautiful Skin ... which, if you like the original one ...it is called Magic Man and is in our "Shared Designs" section ... and be sure to tell Evil N Stuff what an excellent job she did on it ... :DOk ... somehow, I accidentally saved Black Mystery to my WoF - Speaks and Listens page ... and forgot to save the changes I had made to my original page there ... so, if you find something missing there ... you will know why. I will try and fix it here ... ok? At the same time, I will make a new design ... hopefully bringing back some of the stuff I had put together on the old efx2 ... with additions ... hopefully. Ok ... time to have fun ... GuestbookOne Little Typo!!!All this hassle ... and it was a friggin' typo!!!Now I REALLY feel stupid ... Mothman pointed it out ... In "background-positon: center;" you missed the 2nd 'i' in 'position' . Fix that, and that should do the trick. I really feel soooooo stupid ... cause I usually check my spelling ... and for a simple word like ... "position" ... sheesh! Thanks Shawn ... you saw what several of us missed. We are all trying to look at the complication of the code ... when ... all we need is to step back and see the simplicity of a word ... Now ... to finish this baby! GuestbookStill not centeredOk ... I had a few other problems that really frustrated me so much, I decided to leave it for a couple of days and concentrated on catching up my alerts ... if I haven't gotten to you yet ... I will ...![]() It's amazing what happens when you do that. For some reason I had really messed up and the left side menu was squashed and the whole thing was too wide. The font had suddenly grown too, but i didn't know where i did it. Then, I came back today and went to the CSS and ... for some strange reason ... went directly to the spot and fixed it. ... now ... if I could just remember what it was I did ... *scratching head.* Whatever it was ... I know I won't do it again ... don't ask why ... I don't know. Anyway ... I'm going to try and tweak some other things and then worry about the centering of the logo ... unless there is someone out there actually reading this that knows what I did wrong ... Sooooo ... I'm off to see the wizard ... oh wait ... that's another story ... GuestbookDouble HeaderOk ... I put in one link ... added a height so the whole picture could be there, but 2 copies of the same picture came up ...This is what I have: td.title { height: 489px; width: 740px; color: #; background-image: url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v600/dikanogi/Gifs/Fantasy/069.gif); background-color: #; vertical-align: bottom; padding: 0px; } So ... what am I doing wrong? GuestbookWill this show?I don't know ... but it will help if I have a post so I can see it while I mess with the CSS ... agggghhhh <%PostCommentPage%>My Friends
